A quick reveal of my new-to-me Hermes Bolide 27 in Rouge Vif!
To be honest, the Bolide is one of my favourite bags. I love how it is so understated and under the radar which makes it a great work bag for a conservative office such as mine. It is also nowhere as popular as its flashier siblings which means it can be purchased from the resale market at a reasonable price. I have been wanting to add the Bolide 27 and I was so glad when this one turned up. Rouge Vif is a glorious red!
I will do a detailed post of what fits in a Bolide 27 soon!
Making your own granola may seem like a lot of work but it is really not. All it takes is mixing the ingredients in a bowl, pouring said mixed ingredients on to a baking sheet and placing said sheet into the oven to bake. It is really that simple and the best part is that you can customise it according to your preferences.
3.5 cups of rolled oats
1.5 cups of nuts (I used almonds and pumpkin seeds here)
1/2 cup of maple syrup or honey
6 teaspoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Mix ingredients in mixing bowl
Pour ingredients on to a lined sheet tray
Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
*If you want clusters, let the granola cool in tact on the sheet tray. After the granola has cooled down, you can break it into clusters of your preferred size.
They also make great gifts. Here is a picture of the granola I gave away as Christmas presents last year.
